Help us keep our apps used the right way

Our stance

Nexonix apps are built so the person using a device can always see what an app does. NexGuard reports only on the phone it runs on. NexShield is visible to the child it helps. We do not build covert monitoring, and using our software to spy on someone without their knowledge is against our terms.

Report misuse of our app

If you think someone is using a Nexonix app to monitor a person without their consent, email support@nexonixsystems.com with any detail you can share. We investigate and act on credible reports.

If you think you’re being monitored

If you believe a device of yours is being monitored without your consent — by any app, not only ours — your safety comes first:

• If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
• The Coalition Against Stalkerware has guidance and support resources.
• Changing device settings can sometimes alert whoever set up the monitoring, so consider reaching out to a support organisation first.
