This notice covers the Nexonix Systems website (nexonixsystems.com). Each app has its own in-app privacy policy covering what it handles on your device — see the product pages for those.
What this site collects
- Messages you send us — if you email us or use a contact form, we receive your name, email and message so we can reply.
- Waitlist email — if you join early access, we store the email address you give us to notify you.
- Basic server logs — our server records standard request information (such as IP address and page requested) to keep the site running and secure. These rotate and are not used to profile you.
What this site does not do
- No third-party analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. The only external resource is a web font, loaded as a stylesheet.
- We never sell your data.
Your choices
To ask what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, email support@nexonixsystems.com. We respond to reasonable requests.

We’ll update this page if our practices change, and move the date above.
